Divine Inspiration & Co-Creation on the Healing Path

Being a Reiki practitioner is a wonderful blessing!

Reiki helps us slow down and just be. Reiki helps us care for ourselves in the gentlest way possible, through the laying on of hands.

Reiki opens us up to the expansiveness of our Spirit. It awakens our psychic faculties and hones our intuition.

Reiki also helps us discover many soul gifts and talents that may have been latent within us.

Once we discover our gifts, it is natural that we feel called to sharing them with the world. For this to happen, we need the right avenues and people to come our way; individuals and situations that would most benefit from what we have to offer.

On the healing path, allowing Divinity or our Higher Self to take the lead is one of the best choices we can make. Charting a course with the help of the logical mind is also important, as that will help us take a leap and act when required. However, laying the energetic foundation for our mission and its subsequent manifestation in the physical world is best left to our Higher Self.

The clearer we are energetically, the easier it becomes for us to tap in to our potential and to co-create our divine mission with Spirit.

This means we must constantly aim to be pure channels for divine inspiration.

When we are crystal clear energetically, the voice of Divinity comes alive within us. We know exactly what we must do at any given point in time. We also begin to magnetise people and circumstances that are in resonance with our mission.

All of this is fairly easy to understand theoretically. Implementing it practically takes persistent effort! This may feel hard at first. However, the more you practice, the easier it gets.

In this article, I would like to share with you two healing tools that have worked effectively to help me keep my energy aligned with my personal soul mission. If you resonate, I encourage you to work with one or both of them and see what unfolds for you!

This is a Hawaiian healing practice that involves the repeated recitation of the following four phrases –

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

These words carry a mysterious healing power. As we recite them repeatedly. they tend to have a cleansing effect on our consciousness. Distorted energies begin to fall apart and we begin to feel cleaner and lighter from within. This practice is like wiping the dust off a mirror, until the glass sparkles through.

In this state of pure consciousness, we become channels for Divine Inspiration. We get out of our own way and allow our Higher Self to direct our life, aligning us with everything that’s in our highest good. Ho’oponopono is a purely experiential practice. It must be experienced in order to be understood.

Ganesh Mantra

The Ascended Master Ganesha is one of the most adorable of Divine Beings. He radiates loving cheer and light heartedness. His energy is known to help dissolve obstacles in our inner as well as outer worlds. The Ganesha energy can be invoked through the repetition of the mantra “Om Gan Ganapataye Namaha.” This mantra is best recited with the help of prayer beads. However, you may chant this mantra even without the beads.  Similar to Ho’oponopono, the vibrations offered by this mantra seem to have a cleansing effect on our consciousness. They work directly on distorted energetic patterns and break them down subtly, leaving us feeling cleaner and opening us up to Divine Inspiration and powers of co-creation.

I hope you enjoy working with these healing tools!

Wishing you loads of Divine Inspiration.
